The service
GlutenTrace provides ingredient and allergen information to help you make food choices. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Subscription terms
GlutenTrace offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("GlutenTrace Pro"). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price shown at purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings, after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to disrupt its operation, submit false or misleading product information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlutenTrace and its maker are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to adverse health reactions. See our Medical Disclaimer for more on the limits of the information provided.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The latest version will always be available at this address.
